MY SPECIAL TRIBUTE TO BOMBOY OJUS

Death is so Painful thst it has sent BOBBLNG BOMBOY OJUS to Eternity without notice.
BOMBOY OJUS as i used to call him has been my neighbor since 1992. I always enjoyed the quarrels, gossips and Outings we virtually had often. But he was a jolly good fellow. Both of us had special love for MAN U FC.
My prayers go to his wife, children and grandchildren most specially his son JE JUS.
May God guard and guide them and grant them the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
Rest in Peace OVUGHERE.

TRIBUTE TO MY DARLING HUSBAND

Honey, you were a loving and wonderful husband, friend, SOULMATE and ROCK.
The best of everything was at my disposal whether I asked for it or not. I remember how you
always stayed up late into the night awaiting my arrival whenever I travelled and could not
arrive on time, keeping a warm and sumptuous meal for me…. I WAS BLESSED WITH THE
BEST HUSBAND AND FRIEND.
Your kind, caring and generous nature spilled over to family, friends and acquaintances
(especially your humour, all you met had a sample of it).
You remembered all special events of our lives — birthdays, anniversaries, valentine day etc.
You were a man of the people,
a man who stood by his family throughout,
a man who was a HERO to all who knew you,
a man who loved unconditionally,
a man who believed in sharing and caring,
a man who put a smile on people’s faces,
A MAN WHO WAS SO FULL OF LIFE!
A MAN WHO WAS A BIGGER STAR IN HIS OWN RIGHT!!
All those who were privileged to encounter you have WONDERFUL TESTIMONIES of how you
touched their lives.
My grief is immense. Your departure is still very fresh and painful.
I am grateful for the years we shared and for the ways you enriched my life. You filled my life
with joy and I will carry that with me. YOU WILL ALWAYS
LIVE IN MY HEART.
I FIND SOLACE IN THE HOPE THAT YOU ARE AT
PEACE AND FREE FROM P AIN.
GOOD BYE MY DARLING HUSBAND, OMALISHIA
NWOKE, HANDSOME EMY AF AM OMOERERE alias

You were a great man, well respected by
everybody who knew you.
You were a F ATHER and FRIEND, a man
who was and is my NUMBER ONE ROLE
MODEL.
I wish to become a great man like you.
Till we meet to part no more.

Tribute to My Daddy

My daddy was a genuinely kind and thoughtful
man — someone who cared deeply for people
and never hesitated to help when needed. He
was the type of person you could always count
on, the one who showed up quietly but made a
big difference.
He didn’t need to speak loudly to be felt. His
actions showed his character — steady, patient,
and sincere. He had a way of making others feel
supported and safe, and that is something I will
always remember and be grateful for.
Although his death has left a space that can
never truly be filled, I find comfort in knowing
the impact he left behind. He lived with purpose,
with kindness, and with a genuine heart.
I am proud to be his child, and I will carry the
values he lived by — compassion, humility, and
generosity — wherever life takes me.
Daddy, thank you for everything you were to us.
Your memory will always live on in the way we
treat others, just as you did — with love and
sincerity.
I am glad you got to meet your grand babies. I
love you daddy and I will miss you

Tribute to Daddy

It still feels unreal that you are gone. I still wake waiting for your morning messages. Waiting for you to say ” Mother of the house, how are you doing?” You were a gentleman to the core who never said an unkind word to Anyone . You were always positive about everything even in the face of challenges. Your love was boundless. You treated everyone who came around you with Love. You spoilt me silly as a child with Fun memories of buying me different types of snoopy toys. You loved traveling and during your annual leave, you made sure we visited different fun tourist sights in Nigeria. The memories are endless. God took you when he did because you had completed your assignment on earth. Who am l to question him. I will miss your beautiful smile. Your last words to me were ” Vredo dear, God will guide you. It is well. God bless you Mother of the house”.
Rest on Dearest Daddy

A Tribute to My Daddy Dearest..

My Daddy Dearest.. The one I was born as “Copy and Paste” for.. I don’t even know where to start from.. How is it possible that barely a week to your passing, you were okay and we were all teasing you in our family chat about being so Tech Savvy.. How do you go from that to being Gone from us in just a week..

I am yet to accept this.. Someone is going to tell me it has been a prank all this while..

My Bomboy.. Words alone cannot express who and what you mean to me.. My Handsome Daada who had the most unique smile, the most welcoming personality and was the life of the party anyday..

You loved life and lived it to the fullest, I truly got my Love for Life and Adventure from you.. You were contentment itself and taught me what it means to live life on my own terms without minding the nay sayers.. You taught me to be welcoming and generous and showed us what True family bonding should be..

People tell me all the time that I am Friendly and Jovial and The Life of The party.. Well, I am my Father’s daughter!!

My Main heartbreak is that your Lovely Twin Grandkids (Like you always refered to Max and Rosie) and I had been looking forward to spending our Christmas with you this year but you left in the middle of all our plans.. Max was so heartbroken..

Daddy, who will randomly now post pictures of the Twins and I on Facebook?

Who will call me “My Emmamiya”, “My Sweet Angel” or ask of “My Lovely Grandkids” everyday? Oh God! This Hurts too much!!!

You put family first, You Had a special way of always making one feel seen and you were the glue that held us together.. You checked on all of us every single day and I would give anything right now to have that back daddy..

I would need a million pages to write about you my daddy Dearest and it would still not be enough.. Just know this, I will miss you every single day of the rest of my life and even though they say Time heals all wounds.. This is one wound that will never heal..

My solace is that you are resting and sleeping Peacefully with our Lord.. Please give mummy a hug for me too..

I Love You.. Forever and A Day..

Tribute to my friend and brother Chief Emmy Afam Ojuederie aka SAKANA SAKANA

Emmy friendship with me sprang up very spontaneously and how is still lost to me. He was not a schoolmate yet we were so agreeable. We never worked together in any of these many establishments where he or myself worked yet we collaborated well in so many activities.
He was as much a member of my family as I was of his, both the nuclear and extended families. His demise therefore was a big blow to me
Emmy was a highly talented man in many respect. His musical endowment was great. He loved reading and could attempt to master any field of study in which a challenge is thrown. A man of great courage and wisdom
He was a meticulous administrator who bordered on the chip of administrators with colonial tradition of speed with accuracy
Emmy loved people and never joked with his family in all the ramifications. The extended Ojuederie of Ovu lost its chief organizer and planner. His organizational skills and capacity will be greatly missed
Chief Emmy Ojuederie aka SAKANA SAKANA was an active member of the various alumni association of the many educational institutions he attended. From his tertiary institution University of Ibadan to as far down to his primary school alma mater he continued to identify with
A man with a good heart, his sense of humor endeared him to many . A very good friend and brother to me and I miss him dearly.
I condole with you my dear Mariam and your siblings. I also extend my condolences to Mrs Emmy Ojuederie and his entire family.
May the souls of Rosemary Ego and Emmy Afam Ojuederie and the souls of the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace .
AMEN

Your dear Friend and Brother

Tribute

My brother Emy, you weren’’t the loudest in the room. No, you didn’t need to be. You had a quiet presence that made people feel at ease – a gentle kind of strength that was calm, consistent, and safe.
You don’t speak to be heard. You spoke to connect. When you asked, “How are you doing? You meant it. You weren’t one for dramatic gestures, but your loyalty ran deep.

I will always remember how, without fail, you called to wish me a happy birthday every year.
I share my birthday with your daughter and granddaughter, and that small gesture meant the world to me. You were thoughtful, always remembering the little details.

As I think about all the people mourning you, I find comfort in knowing so many people love my brother. I find peace in knowing that you touched many lives at some point in your life.
I find happiness in knowing that you will live on in all of our memories.
You may not have lived a perfect life, but you sha lived a good one. One that we will forever cherish, and we will all continue to remember.
Rest in perfect peace, brother Emy, till we meet on resurrection morning, Amen

Tribute to My Late Uncle Emy

Uncle Emy was more than my father’s brother he was his true friend. I admired the strong bond they shared. I remember those days in Warri when my late father, Augustine Etaghene, would take me to visit him at the Delta Boat Yard and his regular visits to our home on Odien Street and in Asaba.
He gave me valuable advice and played a major role during my marriage, for which I remain forever grateful. Even after my father’s death, he continued to show me the same love and care he had for my dad.
May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.

Mr John Etaghene
